Enabling and developing a high performing Inside sales function
Implementing a management operating cadence across the group & key stakeholders
Establishing key KPI’s and SLA’s (cross-functional)
Identifying areas of organic growth and lift & shift across the function
Implementing and running a robust sales process and review
Coaching and developing a high performing desk based selling function
Weekly Sales Review with Sales Cloud (our Customer Relationship Management system) and Tableau (Our Reporting and Analytics system) on customer level, franchise mix and the sales activities per account with the sales reps to drive growth.
Recruiting and onboarding of new Inside Sales Reps
Driving implementation and adoption of the technology platforms in their teams
Strong stakeholder management across a matrix org
Present the Inside sales models internally to stakeholders and facilitate their implementation
Strong leader of change and ability to take others through this
Influence Divisional stakeholders towards optimized processes, account selection, target setting and best practices in leveraging Inside Sales
Who we are looking for

Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Sales management and coaching skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver outstanding results
Experience working in a matrix management function
Previous experience in an Inside Sales environment, preferably in a regulated one as in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical
Exposure to best practices in an inside sales supervisor function is highly desirable
Ability to recruit, develop and retain talents
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
