Your Impact

• You will partner with our Account Executives in a pre-sale’s technical role, showcasing Cisco product solutions-setting up demonstrations and explaining features and benefits to customers-and designing and configuring products to meet specific customer needs

• You will be an integral member of the WEB Sales team, working towards our common goals and demonstrating the business value of Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures by aligning opportunities with customer challenges and priorities. The end result is ensuring that this Cisco architectural vision addresses the desired new outcomes and capabilities that the customers need to support their business

• You will act in an increasingly consultative fashion and looked to as a guide, or trusted technical adviser, in your field by the account team and customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of networking/telecommunications/datacenter industry related experience as well as Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area.

• 3+ Pre-Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent experience

• Ability to work effectively and contribute as a team member.

• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to assess a problem and plan an effective course of action.

• Conduct technical PoCs/PoVs for key customer engagements when required

• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.

• Understanding of competitive networking & wireless products.

• Critical thinking to address customer concerns and to support customer business growth.

• Ability to manage numerous projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have a customer focus mentality

• Cisco and non-Cisco Certifications a plus (CCIE, CCDE, CCNP)

• Possess Campus and Branch Network knowledge set across SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, SDN, Automation and Wireless.
