What you'll Do
- Close Deals: Take charge of the entire sales process from start to finish, ensuring the successful onboarding of Restaurant Partners in your market.
- Contract Management: Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
- Value Communication: Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.
- Process Enhancement: Help craft and redesign processes to ensure UberEats can move quickly and succeed at large scale.
- Restaurant Selection: Assume ownership of restaurant selection in your designated area.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.
- Confidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phone
- Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- A 'People Person'!
- Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment
