What you’ll do:
- Support both the Sales Productivity and Technical Enablement teams in shaping content within the new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Analyze data in the LMS to generate reports and insights to support the enablement team
- Assist in managing field training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination and execution
- Collaborate with the enablement team to create documents and content for the field, including materials for cheat sheets, role plays, discovery calls and other sales training exercises
- Organize and create enablement assessments for the field in collaboration with relevant managers, including quizzes and role play exercises
- Help with content creation for training materials and internal documentation
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude to take on new tasks
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools and platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Video editing & creation is a plus
