What you’ll do:
- Content library cleanup (archiving old responses, adding tagging, owners, preferred answers, etc.) and upkeep of the tool
- Organize proposal team folder/file structure on shared google drive
- Assist with project schedules - create, manage, ensure timelines for completion
- Analyze proposal dashboards for current proposal statistics and trends
- Assist in various other tasks to support productivity and scalability of proposal team
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Excellent time management & organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Collaborative mindset & comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization + enforcing deadlines
- Experience in Google suite, creating outlines and templates, etc.
- Go getter mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn and do!
- Familiarity with proposal management and automation industry tools (Responsive, Loopio, Qvidian, Ombud, etc.) a plus!
