The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific TTS CitiService® functions to support our client base, banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.

What you’ll do

  • Ensures customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
  • Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
  • Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
  • Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
  • Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues

What we’ll need from you

  • University degree/or secondary school with relevant experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant service or banking experience is benefit
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluent English and native or C1 Hungarian language knowledge (advantage but not mandatory: Korean/Mandarin C1 language knowledge)
  • High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven investigative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
