The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific TTS CitiService® functions to support our client base, banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.
What you’ll do
- Ensures customer inquiries are responded in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
- Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
- Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
- Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
- Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
- Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues
What we’ll need from you
- University degree/or secondary school with relevant experience
- 0-2 years of relevant service or banking experience is benefit
- Computer proficiency
- Fluent English and native or C1 Hungarian language knowledge (advantage but not mandatory: Korean/Mandarin C1 language knowledge)
- High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven investigative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
