The role requires focus on day-to-day execution of specific Trade and Treasury Solutions CitiService® functions to support our client base, banks and other third parties in an efficient and timely manner to ensure cohesive execution.

What you will do

  • Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in an efficient and timely manner via phone and email, maintaining compliance with departmental standards
  • Develop and maintain client portfolio through regular interactions
  • Effectively liaise with other local and cross border internal teams and departments
  • Conduct necessary analyses to address client needs
  • Proactively inform clients about problems (system failures, market issues) and provide regular resolution updates
  • Serve as the first-line point of contact for internal partners and external clients, interacting with key teams to identify and resolve issues

What we will need from you

  • 0-2 years of relevant service or banking experience will be a benefit
  • Fluent English and native Slovak or Czech language knowledge
  • High level of client service orientation, creativity, initiative and flexibility
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven investigative and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
