- Lead cross-organizational marketing councils to establish cohesive requirements and execution plans across strategic initiatives
- Identify emerging platforms and innovative approaches to maximize Siemens EDA's market visibility and competitive differentiation
- Develop and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships to extend market reach and impact
Campaign Management & Execution
- Orchestrate integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including resource allocation, budget management, timeline development, and quality control
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing assets and touchpoints
- Direct external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign elements
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product management, sales, R&D, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Facilitate seamless coordination between global and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution
- Engage with customers and sales organizations to promote new technologies and solutions effectively
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organization to drive marketing integration and effectiveness
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment
- Implement data analytics frameworks to track marketing performance and generate actionable insights
- Deliver comprehensive campaign performance reports to executive leadership
- Continuously refine marketing approaches based on performance data and market feedback
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering-related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology marketing with demonstrated success in campaign management
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing strategies, content marketing, and integrated campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics analysis and performance optimization
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Experience working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%)
