What You’ll Do

Drive the roadmap: Develop roadmaps for shipping pricing, promotions, and incentive plan. Optimize and evolve current pricing structure to achieve monetization goals and growth across our most up and coming and mature categories. Ensure success of both sellers and buyers on the platform

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of combined relevant ecommerce or industry experience in shipping/logistics, pricing, product management, analytics, or finance field
• Previous experience in revenue management and pricing of services, with exposure to designing and managing fee/rate cards preferred
• Solid understanding of shipping value chain and logistics field
• Proven experience owning metrics and the delivery of important projects
• Proficient skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
• Ability to handle delivery in a constantly evolving, multi-national cross-functional business
• Energetic, flexible, and comfortable with dealing through ambiguity in a trust-based, human way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
