What you will accomplish:
You will lead the introduction of buyer fee in new geographies and verticals as a new eBay monetization lever end-to-end working with various cross functional teams
Partner with global product teams to build buyer fee capabilities including buyer and seller journey enhancement, monetization product capabilities, and develop an ongoing roadmap
Support optimizing existing buyer fee as eBay’s monetization lever by crafting more granular pricing points and optimize based on buyer fee elasticity
Model impact of potential pricing and monetization changes and seek executive approvals
Provide business insights using data (both quantitative and qualitative) to improve performance of pricing campaigns and analyze competitive landscape
Develop, improve, and automate streamlined & accurate reporting, e.g. – standardize execution of eBay Promotions from forecasting to performance measurement
Recommendation on pricing activities including buyer fee rate card change and promotions by exploring customer needs, product features and industry competitors.

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of combined experience in pricing, product management, analytics, or finance
Previous experience in revenue management and pricing of services, with exposure to designing and managing fee/rate cards preferred
Validated experience owning metrics and the delivery of important projects
Proficient skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
Validated understanding of pricing analytics and pricing elasticity, and comfortable with data modelling.
Ability to lead delivery in a constantly evolving, multi-national cross-functional business
Energetic, versatile, and adept at handling ambiguity
Experience with projects and program management
Strong attention to detail and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
Ability to merge analytical and strategic perspectives to create balanced commercial recommendations.
Ability to present proposals that incorporate the customer impact as well as the commercial impact.
