Citi Group Business Lead Analyst – Resource Strategy

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist in consolidation of information and in the development of decks and other material for internal senior leadership
  • Identify and implement resourcing strategy solutions to ensure IRM is adequately staffed
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to review candidate pipelines, talent market and location strategy across IRM. Identify risks and opportunities for recruitment strategy
  • Review of aging requisitions trends and highlight trends to senior management
  • Provide resource planning scenario analysis and build resource plans related to special projects
  • Implement Cosource program to fill short term resourcing needs. Partner with Procurement and Business Execution leads on vendor selection, contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Support broader Workforce Management initiatives and Workforce Management Director and provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary, working with multiple stakeholders including CAO’s/Business Execution Leads and Human Resources
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure we have appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary
  • Help develop guidelines for IRM and leverage data to analyze trends and highlight shifts to management
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies

  • Methodical and proactive thinker who is also detail oriented with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute across IRM teams with high quality and strict timetables
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve processes
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management/ mining with extensive experience in deck creation for senior leaders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and with strong relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Education:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred.
