Citi Group Business Lead Analyst – IRM Resource Strategy

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Consolidate information and develop decks and materials supporting IRM Workforce Management Lead
  • Lead the production and presentation of standard and ad hoc reporting to senior management and other Citi stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion
  • Develop content and execute on regulatory and stakeholder presentations
  • Use excellent communication and strong management skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders including outside of IRM
  • Provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary working with the multiple internal IRM stakeholders and Citi functions
  • Support broader Workforce Management initiatives and Workforce Management Director and provide ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary, working with multiple stakeholders including CAO’s/Business Execution Leads and Human Resources
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate controls, procedures, and documentation across the team and that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary
  • Develop content and manage internal team communication and agendas for leadership meetings
  • Ensure timely execution on critical items

Key Competencies:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management with extensive experience in deck creation for senior leaders
  • Methodical and proactive thinker who is also detail oriented with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute across IRM teams with high quality and strict timetables
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to improve processes
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player and with strong relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Qualification & Education:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred.
