E-commerce Sales Specialist (m/f/x)
Here, you will make an impact by:
Overall responsibility of executing E-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets of E-commerce sales done through distributors in Middle East region
Lead relationships with regional E-commerce customers and drive growth and penetration strategies with them across Middle East region
Execution of product listing, A Class content management, online marketing initiatives, customer relationship management and marketing development fund/budget management
Analyze POS data, traffic and sales metrics, ensure rich content that aligns with brand strategy
Work cross functionally with regional trade marketing, distributor trade marketing, regional sales and ecommerce customers to facilitate growth and alignment
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
University degree from an accredited institution
Strong e-commerce sales background and management of relationship with key e-commerce customers in Middle East region is must
5 years of experience in FMCG e-commerce sales in Middle East region
Demonstrated leadership abilities and high ethical standards
Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starters comfortable with ambiguity and changing external environments
