Here, you will make an impact by:

• Executing the Safety & Industrial Global Industrial Channel strategy, focusing on key market segments and divisional portfolios.
• Driving new E-Commerce growth programs and share insights for enhancing partnerships with key channel partners.
• Assessing market opportunities and align channel partner bases with divisional priorities across different countries.
• Standardizing channel partner agreements, ensuring adherence and managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) effectively.
• Continually refine channel sales processes and develop Joint Business Plans for effective operational execution.
• Implementing transparent operational plans with clear accountability, prioritize channel partners based on performance, and navigate regulatory frameworks in the UAE and ROG for compliant growth

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
• Preferable experience in channel management and / or in safety & industrial area.
• Work independently and directly with customers to create, drive and execute winning selling strategies.
• Passionate "Can Do" and "Will Do" attitude.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including conflict management and influence.
• Proficient in relationship building and coaching capabilities.
• Effective in implementing and executing strategic plans.
