Description
This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity and professionalism.-Executive Support including complex calendar management, scheduling travel, processing expense reports, budget management and event coordination.-Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism.-Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and upmost secrecy.-Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward and when to apply common sense.-Calm under pressure, sense of humor and good with people.-Planning, managing, and executing events.-Handling technical programs and multiple complex projects, and ability to own new technology areas.-Building partnerships with other Admin leaders, to develop consistent standards and best practices for the organization
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years administrative experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
  • Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgement at all times, but especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material.
  • Well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills.
  • Enjoys challenging calendar management tasks while prioritizing many competing requests with minimal guidance.
  • Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals.
  • Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Interest in learning and growing with the team and ability to proactively look for ways to help the team to function more smoothly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years supporting Director-level or higher
  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $47.75 and $71.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
