- Effective calendar management involves organizing meetings, video calls, and conference calls, prioritizing the schedule to reflect the most critical matters, proactively managing and preparing for meetings, resolving conflicts and challenges, and anticipating needs- Works with other Executive Assistants to coordinate Executives’ schedules. This includes key partnerships with PR, Finance, and Legal- Organizes and supports meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary- Actively manages projects as needed, including coordinating team members and acting as liaison between the executive leader and the project team to ensure deliverables- Collection and preparation of any documentation required for meetings - Organizes complex, domestic and international travel including visa arrangements- Submits and manages expenses- Supports activities such as office space, printers, IS&T support, ordering office materials and supplies
