Work closely with hiring partners to understand their needs to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent across a variety of roles
Track goals, metrics, and performance data of the hiring cycle while regularly communicating updates to TA, hiring partners, and the leadership team
Partner closely with hiring partners as subject matter expert in the technical requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions
Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
What you’ll bring:
4+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within Tech, or fast moving startup - fintech experience preferred.
Strong and proven ability to source passive candidates.
2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments including Security (SecOps, InfoSec) and IT (Salesforce & general IT), as well as R&D roles.
Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Genuine passion for developing and engaging with diverse talent pipelines, and the ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level to ensure the best fit for each role
