What will you actually be doing?
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, references check and offer negotiation.
  • Source, identify, and engage with top engineering and product talent via LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements and Walkme’s values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data to drive recruitment strategies and decisions, and provide regular updates to management on recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve the recruitment process.
What should you bring to the table?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
