JOB DESCRIPTION

. As a Senior Channel Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth by developing and managing our channel partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering strong relationships with our channel partners, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our market reach. Build and maintain a strong network of partners to promote our products and services effectively.

Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive loyalty and encourage increased sales performance.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within your designated territory.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to sell our products effectively.

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful channel sales and distributor management experience in the Philippines market.
  • Knowledge of BMS/HVAC Field Devices or other Building technologies related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end customers.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required.
  • Fluency in English and Filipino languages is essential.
