JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities
  • Support of projects led by HR department, mainly but not limited to Employee training & development.
  • Administrative support, report creation and data validation, and assistance with other related activities of HR department
  • By supporting the daily activities of HR department, get to know all aspects of HR work in a global company.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Student of Master´s degree program with a focus on HR, Communication, Economics or Law
  • Desire to develop your career in HR area is key, previous work experience in the respective area is a huge advantage.
  • Fluency in Czech and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills. Self-driven and highly motivated person who is able to work independently and proactively on the right priorities, solution-oriented approach to challenges
