As an Associate Sales Operations Specialist within Align Technology's Inside Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding journey of new Invisalign providers. Reporting directly to the Senior Supervisor, Inside Sales, you will collaborate closely with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around administrative tasks supporting dentists' onboarding processes, coupled with a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will…
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new Invisalign providers, guiding them through administrative procedures and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and coordination of internal resources to support the onboarding process.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and track onboarding progress.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Representatives to address onboarding-related queries and concerns from new providers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a point of contact for new providers, offering guidance and support to facilitate their integration into the Align Technology ecosystem.
- Maintain open communication channels with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on onboarding status and addressing any issues or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Inside Sales team by assisting in various tasks and initiatives as needed.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field or apprenticeship in business management
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or similar roles within the healthcare or dental industry is preferred
- Native level German and very good English language skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
