Summary:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to work with a team of talented and motivated UX designers within the Data and Analytics Design organization.
The Role:
As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will craft intuitive, usable, and engaging user interfaces to simplify complex business processes and scenarios. You will own topics and work both autonomously and collaboratively. You will:
• Create interaction design and visual design specifications for planned features, based on our award-winning design system.
• Collaborate on user journeys and interaction design prototypes for a harmonized user experience across products.
• Engage in user research and usability testing to better understand user needs and create user-centered designs.
• Partner with our developers, product managers and technical writers to provide simple, usable, accessible, and delightful user experiences by addressing different personas.
• Inspire your design colleagues and stakeholders by sharing your knowledge and experience, improving our processes, and contributing to our common UI libraries.
You will be working with UX designers, technical writers, product managers, and engineers located in Walldorf and across multiple time zones around the world.

• 4+ years of professional product design experience or equivalent, with a high-quality portfolio.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma. Basic SAPUI5 skills are a plus.
• Vast experience in using UX design best practices to investigate problems and design solutions, including user research.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written). German is a plus.
• Domain expertise in enterprise products is a plus.
• Project management skills and experience leading projects are a plus.
