As a Senior Manager, Business Development you will:
- Manage and motivate a team of Specialist BD Sellers to focus on strategic, must win technology domains across the ANZ Region.
- Develop and implement a regional strategic specialist business plan.
- Engage with Sales Leadership to drive focus in their book of business to drive growth in key accounts, outside of core product.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product and solution engineering teams to execute a strategy that aligns to company goals.
- Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to the ANZ Sr Director.
- Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to ensure accountability and focused growth.
- Hold the team to consistently build and deliver accurate pipeline and forecast.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to business development specialists to enhance their skills and performance.
- Travel within assigned territory will be required.
