What You’ll Do
Own the go-to-market strategy for monday dev — from messaging and positioning to launch planning and enablement.
Define and drive the GTM sales strategy in close partnership with our CRO organization , aligning efforts across Sales Development, Account Executives, and Customer Success.
Act as the strategic bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales , connecting strategy to execution across all GTM functions.
Partner with Product to define launch plans for new features and capabilities.
Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling, campaigns, and awareness initiatives that drive demand and pipeline.
Enable our Sales and Success teams with the right narratives, collateral, competitive positioning, and customer use cases.
Develop scalable playbooks and GTM motions that align with our growth goals.
Gather market feedback and insights to continuously refine our value proposition and roadmap.
Champion the developer persona internally and externally, ensuring we stay focused on what matters to our users.
Who You Are
You’ve led GTM for a technical or developer-focused product, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
You deeply understand how R&D teams work — and how to speak their language.
You’re equal parts strategist and doer: you can define the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to get things done across teams.
You have excellent communication skills and a bias toward clarity, storytelling, and simplicity.
You have an Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to move fast and inspire others to follow
Bonus: You have experience building developer-focused categories or launching tools for technical users.
