Responsibilities:

• Product specialist for Affordable Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA lending

• Partner with associates in the Agency Finance group and Community Finance group to source Agency loans from existing and new relationships

• Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience with developing and maintaining loan processes and transaction management

• Establishes and implements a sales strategy; interacts with customers or potential customers to explain Capital One products and services

• Prospect for potential customers in addition to leveraging existing Community Finance relationships

• Effectively utilize LIHTC and Construction debt products to bring in new business

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience

• At least 10 years of experience in agency affordable underwriting or 10 years of experience in production

• At least 10 years of experience in relationship management

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 11 years of experience in agency affordable underwriting or 11 years of experience in production

• At least 11 years of experience in relationship management
