Role Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales quota
- Recruit and actively manage key Partners that meet Program criteria
- Establish business plan with focus Partners headquartered in region
- Ensure adequate territory coverage by Partners for Secureworks sellers
- Drive consistent incremental ACV through each Partner
- Manage performance of each Partner according to partnership goals and KPIs
- Own oversight of sales & technical enablement of Partners
- Provide insight and thought leadership to Partners for distribution and advancement of sales opportunities
- Align with key Alliance Partners to evangelize bundles and complementary offerings within key Partners
- Own weekly pipeline reporting by Partner
- Coordinate customer-facing events with partners to develop leads and pipeline; report on event lead output
- Run QBRs with top 3 incremental revenue-producing Partners
- Maintain mastery of Secureworks offerings, presentations through formal sales certification
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience (Channel, Partner, Distribution)
- Minimum of 3 years of cyber security experience
- MSFT Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication
