What you'll do:

  • You will be responsible for the hands-on leading and directing of end-to-end project initiatives and teams in tactical and strategic capacities. You will join a very high-performing team seeking those challenging us to become even better.
  • You and your team will be deeply involved in many executive and cross-functional business initiatives. At the same time, you'll be responsible to drive your bottom-up product and tech roadmap and grow the team.
  • You will be deeply involved in building the strategy and roadmap execution for various initiatives. This is the ideal platform for a capable engineering leader to drive engineering excellence and culture.
  • You will be Leading multiple cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality products and solutions along with providing strategic direction, guidance, and help the engineers grow and develop in their roles, providing mentorship, coaching, and training opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • You will be involved in the requirement and scoping analysis process for the evaluation of requirements or updates for alignment with business objectives and managing conflicting requirements from various stakeholders. The process also entails anticipating solution risks or issues during the requirement gathering phase and recommending corrective steps.
  • You will be responsible for program Monitoring for providing support to stakeholders to ensure adherence to program performance metrics and taking corrective measures when necessary.
  • Your two key focus should be on Defect Management and Troubleshooting for conducting root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring defects, tracking registered issues for resolution, and enhancing the application's functionality and security after defects have been fixed.
  • Your daily job duties include DevOps Orientation which requires defining metrics for application performance monitoring, leading application maintenance, and re-engineering plans. It also includes driving application changes, leading problem identification, and conducting technical impact analysis of maintenance activities. The process also involves executing multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs and developing contingency plans.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environment.
  • Leading large-scale systems in fast-paced environments, experience in hiring and mentoring world-class engineering teams.
  • Experience working with micro-services architecture and distributed systems.
  • Passionate about reviewing code, familiarity with Automation Tools and strong customer focus and obsession with quality.
  • Proficiency in back-end technologies and experience in developing APIs using Java, Spring Boot.
  • 4+ years of experience in building and managing large scale distributed, scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java or another object-oriented language, Spring, No SQL, Kafka Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
