Description
As a collaborator with a friendly can-do attitude, you will be working closely with finance and other related teams to assure smoothly operating systems under tight time constraints to secure goods and contract services. You'll be responsible for travel arrangements, equipment inventory, office supply ordering and facilities coordination. You'll also be engaged in ongoing projects such as event planning and new hire onboarding.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of previous administration experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex calendars at an executive level
  • High proficiency with a variety of applications such as Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, Quip, and Excel/Numbers
  • Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as needed
  • Experience working in a high dynamic environment supporting a large group
  • Exceptionally proactive self-starter with phenomenal attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; have the ability to exercise tact, discretion and the initiative to efficiently meet the demands of all groups within the team.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $28.30 and $51.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
