- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and executing business development strategy and plans with direct or channel sales experience

- MBA
- Experience with technology transformation initiatives
- Experience working closely with consulting partners and understanding different consulting business models
- Experience working with Independent Software Vendors in a co-sell capacity
