- 10 years of experience in an investigative, consultative, or strategic role.
- Experience with business process analysis and strategy in consulting, Human Resources and/or technology environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and initiatives at scale with demonstrable results.
- Experience with implementation of process automation and using enterprise type applications to automate transactional processes.
- Knowledge of best practices and opportunities for innovation in learning and development.
- Ability to develop and continuously refine strategy and roadmap for a service delivery organization, including technology support, integration and extended workforce.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in socializing and presenting analysis, proposals and strategies to organizational leaders with a demonstrated affinity for metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with business acumen.
