You will work closely with internal stakeholders and Microsoft teams to develop and implement execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives across functions within your area of ownership. Additionally, you will track and report on success metrics, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to evaluate the program’s quality, adoption, usage, impact, and overall effectiveness.
Required Qualitifcations:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
OR equivalent experience

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and planning, complex monthly rhythms of business
Analytical capability to identify opportunities to optimize business operations
Effective oral and written communication skills with leadership and team members
Ability to deal with ambiguity and exhibits agility
Able to approach a project with a ‘Big Picture View’ and work in a fully collaborative and team environment
Highly self-motivated, detail oriented, problem solving, and comfortable with taking the lead on projects/initiatives
Growth mindset to promote scalability and efficiency
Execution experience with proven track record
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders and accuracy oriented.
