Senior Manager - Partnership Insights & Growth
You will form hypotheses, structuring and conducting/overseeing analysis and articulating strategic options and plans for our global PLA partners. You will work with various account managers and country leads, as well as product teams, partner success managers and other key partners across the organization to help translate their business needs into creative strategies to solve for these business needs. On top of that, you will drive industry and market research to identify unmet PLA market trends and support proactive formulation of strategies in response to these developments. Additionally, you’ll help identify and onboard new global partners into the program.
What you will acomplishDrive and lead the strategic execution plan and ensure that it meets the original intent and manage change controls. Tackle PLA strategic challenges and build frameworks and models to support grounded recommendations. Run and conduct analysis of partner capabilities and proactively find opportunities for future optimization. Market intelligence: monitor newest developments in the PLA space and keeping up with the ever evolving offerings of the portfolio. Provide broad expertise in PLA offerings, and propositions across markets for account management team, product teams and other internal partners.
- Support the eBay ePN Partnerships team in the sourcing, development, implementation, and execution of eBay Partner Affiliate Network
- Oversee, control and handle annual budget for global PLA activity
- Managing and assisting key partner relationships to ensure eBay shows up as it should across partner properties, to the right audience across our priority verticals and categories
- Support in the analysis of progress and analysis of marketing data
- Close cooperation with local marketing and finance, to ensure business requirements and priorities are of focus
- Providing insights and training to the ePN partner management team to ensure a ‘best in class’ approach and execution to PLA opportunities
- Working in-sync with our Paid Search marketing team to ensure alignment across key initiatives
- Working with the wider analytics and product team on wider subprojects, to continue to develop ePN and it’s offering to the partner.
What you will bring:- Excellence in Google PLA product landscape and in-depth knowledge of Bing catalogue process is required
- Direct P&L responsibilities overseeing a marketing channel preferred; experience with variable spend budget a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience leading a team of account managers to hit bold goals operating in a fast-paced, global environment
- Thorough understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods such as PPC, SEO, Social, Loyalty, etc.
- Strong existing partner relationships within the digital and performance marketing industry
- Have the ability to multitask and execute plans; detail oriented and can hit ambitious goals in a fast-pace environment
- Availability for regular travel throughout Europe
- Budget management experience and direct P&L responsibilities preferred
