Sr. Risk Associate - Risk Management Risk (RMR)

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Monitor adherence to Standards; track timely and high quality completion of process tasks and milestones, and report on status of key milestones to performers and senior stakeholders; escalate appropriately

• Create and maintain accurate process documentation

• Leverage monitoring, related risk data and program assessments to identify opportunities & solutions/ proposals to drive consistencies and efficiencies for process lead(s) and stakeholders

• Be intellectually curious to question the obvious, explore options, and seek efficiencies and improvements

• Collaborate effectively with other risk programs and stakeholders (e.g. Compliance, Legal, Business Risk Offices)

• Support our team in the development and delivery of training, job aid, guidance and related services to drive process knowledge, requirements, and/ or improvements

• Build relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

• As needed, engage with and support audits and regulatory engagements/ findings, assisting with requests in a quality/ timely manner

• As needed, help support special projects and initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 1 year of experience in risk management, compliance, process management, quality, or standards governance

• At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, process management, quality, or standards governance

• 1+ years of experience in the financial industry

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related process quality, change management, or audit management professional certification

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Risk Associate Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Risk Associate Riverwoods, IL: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Risk AssociateThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
