Software Development Manager, IBM Corporation, Houston, TX: Assist with the design, building, and development of software engineers. Run scrum meetings and update upper management on proper status. Assist with the design and development of software storage services. Work with the team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy. Ensure service framework and security compliance checklist have proper service requirements. Ensure developers have proper training, education and tools to solve customer related issues.
