Job Duties: Analyze and implement software development and release processes and standards. Provide guidance and technical direction to software engineering teams. Management and planning of software development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences. Lead and coach a team of software engineers and supporting their career growth. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and process documentation. Evaluate and drive adoption of new software technologies and tools. Ensure software engineering compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Manage and mitigate risks associated with software engineering projects and releases.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Base Salary: 239,200 – 259,600 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
