About the role:

As a Senior Global Product Manager in Boston Scientific’s Peripheral Interventions division, you will lead the global commercialization of an innovative peripheral thrombectomy technology. In this pivotal role, you will oversee new product launches, ensuring seamless execution from development to worldwide release. Additionally, you will support the creation of physician education programs, sales training initiatives, and communication strategies. This position requires close collaboration with medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, and sales teams to achieve both short- and long-term goals, as well as with health economics teams to drive global growth and deliver sustained value. You will also work closely with R&D to determine how to leverage this technology to expand the clot management portfolio.

Your responsibilites will include:

  • Drive the creation of the Marketing Business Plan, utilizing cross-functional team members, to include market analysis, strategies, tactics and measurement.
  • Track business performance against objectives and forecasts, formulating new approaches and strategies as needed.
  • Drive “Voice of Customer (VOC)” throughout the Technology Development Process (TDP) / Product Development Process (PDP) to insure market specifications are incorporated in every phase of the project.
  • Identify best practices to address key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Use classic marketing capabilities: market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tool and communication creation and execution to further business objectives.
  • Collaborate with functional partners to execute with speed and quality.
  • Serve as a clinical and functional advisor to external and internal customers.
  • Exhibit professional maturity and help to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, healthcare, biology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of global product management experience, with strategic marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of medical device industry experience.
  • Experience leading global product launches.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams worldwide.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Experience collaborating with physicians, sales, and R&D teams.
  • Strong marketing fundamentals, data analysis skills (e.g., Tableau, Excel), and the ability to create strategies and influence within the organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s/MBA preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and interpersonal skills

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
