You will be joining a team that specializes in usingProduct-Led Growth (PLG)design and deliver PLG systemsin the age of AI.

Principal TPMto drive some of the most complexcross-organizational efforts that the E+D Growth Team tackles.results in mind.Landing the projects in this workstream requires this TPM to deliver with operational excellence and a high, measurable bar for final delivery

This position is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work on-site and 2 days per week work from home.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering or product/technical program management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • 5+ years experience working in an enterprisetechnology firm.
  • Experience developing or evolving complex backend systems and services.
  • Experience working with commerce or related systems.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Technical Program Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Creating cross-organizational programs to drive projects with E+D-wide scope.
  • Define and evaluate metrics for success and sustaining health so teams stay on track andmaintainahigh qualitybar.
  • Partner closely with leadership in Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to drive the building of platforms thatanticipateand supportbusiness needs(routinely with >$1B impact).
  • Partner with Engineering to develop rock solid, extensible infrastructure and/or architecture designs.
  • Present complex, often technical plans to executives at some of the highest levels of E+D,eloquently and succinctly to drive awareness and alignment.
  • Become a subject matter expert onsystems that drive the engines of growth for Microsoft 365 and Windows apps and services.
  • Improve efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
