Together, you will bsecurityengineers across the company and external security researchers across the globe.This position will allow you toexpand onyour curiosity to understandrapidly evolving. • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+years experiencein engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentequivalent experience.

• In-depth knowledge or strong demonstratedcapacityto learn product and service security concepts

• Professional security vulnerability case management, triage, and communication or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL)

• Ability to distill and explain complex technical and security concepts todifferent typesof audiences

• Experience collaborating with the security vulnerability research community

• Develop, implement, and iterate on the strategy and goals forend-to-end security vulnerability response process to achieve speed, quality, transparency, andcustomer delight.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing security team, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

• Partner with stakeholders across the company to drive operational excellence.

• Lead continual process improvement synthesizing performance data andsecurityresearcher, partner, and customer data to drive decision making.

• Microsoft with external individuals and organizations reporting security vulnerabilities to Microsoft.
