About the Role

You will oversee account commercial strategy, manage executive-level relationships, and be accountable for driving sustained growth and profitability. The role requires a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders across operations, product, finance, and more to implement strategic initiatives that scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Account Management:

    Manage the day-to-day relationship with a key retail partner, ensuring alignment on goals, performance, and long-term partnership value.

  • Commercial Strategy:

    Partner with the General Manager and internal teams to develop and implement the account’s commercial strategy, aligning business objectives and growth priorities.

  • Growth & Profitability:

    Be directly accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets, identifying new opportunities to grow the account sustainably.

  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at the partner organization, acting as the trusted advisor and primary contact.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal stakeholders—including operations, product, marketing, and finance—to deliver strategic initiatives and ensure alignment on key deliverables.

  • Problem Solving:

Basic Qualifications
  • 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in Commercial or Account Management roles

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C industries , such as e-commerce, retail, or FMCG

  • Proven ability to manage and influence diverse internal and external partners

  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities

  • Demonstrated experience solving complex partner or customer challenges

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the CPG or retail industry

  • Strong track record in C-suite relationship management

  • Strategic mindset with the agility to navigate a fast-paced, evolving marketplace

  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, finance, product , and other key internal teams
