10+ years of experience in advertising, media, go-to-market focused on brand advertising, ideally at a media company, technology platform, or agency.
Hands-on experience working in media and advertising, either overseeing brand budgets (on the buy side) or solutions/product marketing (on the sell side).
Comprehensive understanding of brand product marketing & customer journeys for brand solutions.
Expertise in effectively driving brand KPIs for large and medium sized advertisers across industry verticals.
Expertise developing brand media strategies & tactics (eg, packages & deals) that appeal to and are bought by advertisers.
Deep experience partnering with sales and marketing functions to enable brand advertising solutions
Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling skills, with proven ability to simplify complex information into actionable and compelling insights & strategies
Expert knowledge of digital marketing particularly search, display, and video ad formats and the evolving digital media landscape.
Experience with content creation particularly focused on thought-leadership and case studies that will appeal to advertisers
Understanding of inputs & outputs of brand advertising for traditional and digital media (including of panel-based, census-level, and hybrid methodologies; brand lift studies; market mix models)
Experience leading and overseeing testing programs and pilots from ideation to results analysis and feedback to product
Skilled at building relationships, discussing and debating ideas in a collaborative way, developing an informed point of view, and driving quality work within marketing, across functions (sales, product) and across a geographically distributed team
Experience deriving data-driven insights to inform decisions and ensure ongoing tracking of impact
