Establish and execute regional sales goals, including quarterly, annual, and 5-year plans
Handle Change Requests (CR) from customers after contract nomination until End of Production (EOP), negotiating additional funds for any alterations to product specifications
Manage cost, timeline, and product strategy for dedicated accounts
Ensure seamless internal communication and support requirement management, particularly in understanding and fulfilling technical requirements for the product
Lead commercial negotiations with customers regarding part price and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs
Collaborate closely with internal departments, particularly product management, delivery, finance, and operations, to convey customer needs effectively
The job involves traveling in Europe, and to Innoviz HQ in Israel
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or technical
3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry, preferably as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
Experience in CR and negotiation
Knowledge of ADAS and AD technologies is a plus
Location: Munich office (at least 3 days a week)
Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
Valid work permit for Germany
Self-motivated with the ability to drive internal and external stakeholder engagement
Capable of understanding and explaining complex technical products
