Responsibilities:

  • Establish and execute regional sales goals, including quarterly, annual, and 5-year plans
  • Handle Change Requests (CR) from customers after contract nomination until End of Production (EOP), negotiating additional funds for any alterations to product specifications
  • Manage cost, timeline, and product strategy for dedicated accounts
  • Ensure seamless internal communication and support requirement management, particularly in understanding and fulfilling technical requirements for the product
  • Lead commercial negotiations with customers regarding part price and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, particularly product management, delivery, finance, and operations, to convey customer needs effectively
  • The job involves traveling in Europe, and to Innoviz HQ in Israel
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or technical
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry, preferably as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
  • Experience in CR and negotiation
  • Knowledge of ADAS and AD technologies is a plus
  • Location: Munich office (at least 3 days a week)
  • Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written)
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Capable of understanding and explaining complex technical products
  • Strong customer-facing skills
