Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
You have 2-4 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Customer Service, Procurement or Logistics
You have knowledge of supply chain/order management and market local requirements with regards to logistic handling of goods (e.g. import requirements)
You speak English fluently level
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
You are an excellent problem solver and have good organization skills
You are a team player with good communication skill
