Your role:
Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools.
Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process.
Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).
Providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).
You're the right fit if:
You have minimum 1 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics.
You have fluent English language (B2 level or higher), feeling comfortable in communication with stakeholders.
You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
You are team player with strong communication skills.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP), would be an advantage
