Order Management Specialist
Your role:
- Monitor sales orders across various channels, ensuring smooth fulfillment and handling returns.
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
- Track order receipts and status, providing updates on sales activities and performance.
- Coordinate the administrative flow of all sales orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner
- Manage exceptions in the order flow and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Pre-screen complex orders, adapting technical content to meet customer requirements.
- Engage proactively with internal departments to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvement.
You're the right fit if:
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics.
- You have knowledge of supply chain/order management and local market requirements (e.g. import regulations).
- You speak fluent English (B2 level or higher).
- You are familiar with SAP or other ERP systems and have strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- You’re a team player with excellent communication abilities.
