Campaign operations, including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategies.
Ensure accurate and efficient lead flow processes, including routing, deduplication, and data hygiene, to maintain a high-quality database.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve marketing-sales alignment, including lead handoff and pipeline reporting
Analytics & Reporting :
Own the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau, and Sheets to give the team a clear view of key marketing metrics and trends, enabling fast and impactful decision-making.
Dive deep into ad hoc analyses across channels like SEO, paid search, website, and event marketing, uncovering actionable insights that directly shape strategy and drive growth.
Shape the evolution of Gong’s measurement frameworks—such as attribution modeling and MMM—ensuring our methods adapt to the company’s growing needs while delivering sharper ROI insights and driving smarter marketing investments

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
6-10 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), data orchestration tools (LeanData), integration tools (Workato), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools (Snowflake).
Proven experience with campaign operations, lead flow management, data hygiene, and attribution models.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and pipeline analytics
Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve system issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools
Experience with predictive analytics and advanced attribution modeling
Certification in Marketo, Salesforce, or Tableau
Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus
