Your responsibilities:

  • Lead operations and quality improvement projects, determining objectives, deliverables and ensuring achievement.
  • Assist in developing and delivering an appropriate project business plan, including resources, costs, return on investment, and timing.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Monitor project progress, including budgets, interim milestones, and final deliverables.
  • Manages individual project challenges and recommends solutions to address them.
  • Identifies and addresses areas of project risk and implements strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Regularly present project status to individual team members, project team leadership, and senior leadership as required.
  • Partner with various functions, regions, and business resources to develop and execute business plans and facilitate collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Lead and implementing permanent changes to business practices to ensure the company's overall effectiveness.
  • Manage and develop a team of PMs on various project that may or may not be directly related to the project they are leading

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Strong organization, execution, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, domestic and international
  • People management

Preferred qualifications and competencies:
