Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Asset Validation phase visits/projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
• Daily communications with customers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Create part quotes using Oracle for Assessment pull through.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Act as the backup PM for other product lines: TTCB/Loop Sorter, Controls, and USS Assessments

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Salesforce, Dashboard, & FSL.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
