Responsibilities:
- Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards
- Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation
- Implements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
- Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness
- Performs QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results

Anti Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) is part of the Global Operations organization and is responsible for client AML/KYC refresh globally. This employee will work within the GB&GM AML Refresh & Enablement Ops Production Management team supporting the following:
- Management and oversight of the Testing & Validation Routines across Refresh Operations. Including GFC Calibration Process, GSS Weekly Reporting & Governance, and NACIS Code Change approvals & Tracking.
- Defect Remediation Reporting for GFC, EDD, M&I, ILQA, BANA India.
- Document Exceptions Processing including Document Management Escalations, Routing of Documents to Central Indexing, and Management/Resolution of Exceptions
- AWARE Improvements Oversight including UAT testing, Transformation/PMO Enablement, AWARE User Forum, GIS Reporting Metrics, PAPA Ticket Trend Analysis
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in Business Controls environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Documented experience performing in a process oriented production environment that changes periodically
- Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Access)
- Proven ability to: work in a team environment, organize work, prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, successfully meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and work and execute with minimal supervision or remote management
