Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • ​​Master's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 2+ years experience working in product or service design
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing
    • OR equivalent experience.​

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ​​Master's Degree in in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design

Responsibilities
  • Shapes end-to-end user experiences bystructuring information architecture, crafting clear UI copy, and designing intuitive flows that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Communicates with clarity and influence, tailoringcontentand ideas for diverse audiences—stakeholders, teammates, and users—across all phases of the design process.
  • Drivesstrategy and content planning across multiple products, translating business priorities and customer insights into scalable, cohesive content solutions.
  • Champions content systems by creating and evolving design patterns, voice guidelines, and terminology frameworks that support consistency across the organization.
  • Collaborates across disciplines (Design, Engineering, PM, Marketing) to co-create solutions, advocate for user needs, and contribute to product vision and backlog prioritization.
  • Leads with data and insight, synthesizing research findings and feedback to inform content decisions, improve product quality, and mentor others in content design best practices.
  • Contributes to a culture of innovation, proposing forward-looking contentstrategies and prototyping impactful, accessible, and inclusive experiences at scale.
