This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by concepting, writing, structuring, and refining content that guides customers through powerful, scalable experiences. You’ll also mentor others, advocate for inclusive and accessible design, and help evolve our content design discipline.
What You’ll Bring:
- A solid commitment to clarity, quality, and customer empathy.
- Experience designing content for digital products in cross-functional, agile environments.
- Expertise in writing and editing for product experiences, including prompting for large language models (LLMs), with a focus on clarity, brevity, and user intent.
- Ability to shape content strategy and apply user-centered design principles to solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with interface design, usability testing, systems thinking, and accessibility standards.
- Comfort working within content frameworks, style guides, and design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
- Curiosity about how AI is transforming digital experiences and a desire to experiment with emerging formats.
